Director of Installation
Award-winning Gibbs Landscape Company, looking for a Director of Installation for a $3m division. Must have significant installation and management experience to include managing multiple installation crews, strong background in plant identification as well as planting practices, ability to install pavers and build walls. Must posses strong interpersonal and organization skills. Spanish skills a plus. Excellent salary and benefit package to include bonuses. Gibbs offers 80% paid health and dental plan plus 401K.

Installation Crew Leaders
Award-winning Gibbs Landscape Company looking for Installation Crew Leaders. Must posses at least 2 year of landscape installation experience. Must be able to run a skid steer, identify plants and be able to read a landscape design. Spanish skills a plus. Salary ranges from $15 to $17 an hour. Gibbs Summer Internship Program
Gibbs welcomes the opportunity to train our future leaders in our industry. Gibbs' Summer Internship Program is a 10 week program that commences on June 1st thru mid August. Students will spend one week in each of the following departments:
- Irrigation
- Seasonal Color
- Installation
- Horticultural Services
- Commercial Maintenance
- Sales and Design
- Seasonal Maintenance
- Residential Maintenance
The last 2 weeks will be spent in the student's area of interest. We offer:
